Scope of Works:<\/strong>
This project is a<\/span>\u00a016 story High Rise, Residential cum Commercial, Eco-friendly\/ Green building with total covered area of 67, 386 Sq ft<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(Sixty seven thousand three hundred and eighty six square feet) on Plot No. SB -27, Main 200 ft Double Road, Near Kamran Chorangi, Block -11, Gulistane – Jauhar, Karachi.
<\/span>
The project comprises of Civil Works (including Piling), Electrical & Mechanical Works, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevators, Furnishing, Security Systems etc along with all the modern amenities.
